About Us

Fiona Holden has a Masters degree in People and Organisation Development, is accredited to Level B of the British Psychological Society and holds OPQ32 and Myers Briggs Step 2 practitioner accreditation.

She has over 20 years of experience in Business, HR and OD management, including 10 years as a management development specialist with particular emphasis on International Management Development, Executive Coaching, Mentoring, Group Facilitation and Team Working at all levels.

Her particular interest and focus is on releasing potential within the individuals and organisations she works with and she uses a wide range of techniques including Organisational and Personal Diagnostics, Self Managed Learning, all with a highly practical and holistic approach.

Fiona has significant industry experience in both public and private sectors including IT, Retail, Defence, Local and Central Government, Advertising, Telecommunications and dot.com start up businesses.

Some of the projects Fiona has been involved with include:-

Development of management competencies and an aligned MD programme for an outdoor advertising organization to improve their people management skills.
Facilitating leaders in the Department for Work and Pensions through a Leadership for Change programme which is the largest change programme in Europe affecting over 130,000 people
Designing and delivering a performance coaching based process of assessing and developing 100+ managers in Vodafone’s IT department
Designing a competency framework and Developing Performance Management Skills with an organisation in the advertising sector
Design and delivery of a self managed learning People Management Development Programme for 40+ middle managers
Team Building with MD and team in the Customer Services Business of De La Rue which included use of focus groups and 360º feedback
Executive Coaching and Top 100 Leadership Development Programme for Safeway
Performance Management skills development for Bourne Leisure

David Holden is a Director of The Holden Partnership Limited and a successful and experienced management professional. His commercial background is in education, training and business consultancy, latterly as ICL’s Client Director for Education.

In recent years he has held a number of non-executive directorships, industry committee and local community posts and now operates as a Management Consultant, predominantly in the Government, Education and ICT markets. He currently chairs the Skills Focus Group of the DfES ICT Industry Club, is a Board member of the Slough Education Action Zone and a trustee of the Slough e-Learning Foundation.

David has conducted a wide range of consultancy projects in education, enterprise and technology. Recent projects include:-

Property and ICT specification for major new build project
Co-authoring of the business and implementation plans for the Slough New Media Enterprise Hub, and the lead role on Hub Director recruitment
Consultancy and Chair of the Creative Academy of Slough – a virtual network for the creative industries in the Thames Valley
Consultancy and facilitation for incorporation of the East Sussex e-Learning Foundation
Industry liaison for the development of national e-Learning strategy.
