| Fiona Holden has
a Masters degree in People and Organisation Development, is
accredited to Level B of the British Psychological Society and
holds OPQ32 and Myers Briggs Step 2 practitioner accreditation.
She has over 20 years of experience in Business,
HR and OD management, including 10 years as a management development
specialist with particular emphasis on International Management
Development, Executive Coaching, Mentoring, Group Facilitation
and Team Working at all levels.
Her particular interest and focus is on releasing
potential within the individuals and organisations she works
with and she uses a wide range of techniques including Organisational
and Personal Diagnostics, Self Managed Learning, all with a
highly practical and holistic approach.

public and private sectors including IT, Retail, Defence, Local and
Central Government, Advertising, Telecommunications and dot.com start
up businesses.

David Holden is a Director of The
Holden Partnership Limited and a successful and experienced management
professional. His commercial background is in education, training
and business consultancy, latterly as ICL’s Client Director
for Education.
In recent years he has held a number of non-executive directorships,
industry committee and local community posts and now operates as a
Management Consultant, predominantly in the Government, Education
and ICT markets. He currently chairs the Skills Focus Group of the
DfES ICT Industry Club, is a Board member of the Slough Education
Action Zone and a trustee of the Slough e-Learning Foundation.
